Ed Warm is a partner in Joe’s Bar, Joe’s Live, Carol’s Pub, and two Bub City locations in Chicago. Additionally, he is the force behind the ACM Award winning festival, Windy City Smokeout.  Ed’s influence extends beyond the Chicagoland area as he curates shows at the Rave in Milwaukee and organizes various private events throughout the Midwest.

At Joe’s Bar, Ed’s dedication has built the longest-running live country music venue in Chicago’s history. His deep-rooted passion for country music is evident in every aspect of his work, and he takes great pride in being an integral part of the country music community.

Ed recently completed his term as Chairman of ACM Lifting Lives, is the Past Chairman of IEBA, and is a dedicated board member of the Country Music Association. Recognized for his outstanding contributions, Ed has been honored with the ACM Award for Promoter of the Year five times, while his clubs have garnered the ACM Nightclub of the Year Award seven times. Windy City Smokeout is also the reigning ACM Festival of the Year.

Beyond his professional achievements, Ed actively supports charitable organizations such as Receptions for Research and CreatiVets, among others to help make a positive impact on his community.

Ed and his wife Lauren reside in Chicago, IL. He is a proud graduate of Indiana University. Ed’s unwavering commitment to live music, his notable industry accomplishments and his philanthropic endeavors collectively define him as a prominent figure in the world of country music and a cherished member of the Chicago community.
